Used to be good put be careful because there is pick pockets and people steel lots of stuff wouldn't recommend
Don't know why they call it a market just a few stalls nothing like it used to be

Sale of all kinds of goods... (Its a great open market.
Very few stalls but thankfully there's a good pie stall. 'Taylors of Darlington' and a good cut price sweets and biscuits stall. Also bought a couple of pillows.
Love a walk around the market. I always call at the butcher's van , Signature Meats. The Steak is lovely.
Paul assessed my arm and knew immediately what the problem was, the machine he used to massage my arm was intense. The difference from going in to coming out was amazing. Would definitely recommend him.
It's a good place for friendly banter and a few bargains to be honest with you. And I have had a few decent and occasional surprise. It's worth a visit to see.People are friendly and helpful.
