Brought the car in after it failed the MOT elsewhere. Had to bring it in for a quote, got told it would be between 500 and 600 for all the work needed and the MOT test, which would take a total of 6 hours. It took them a total of 2 weeks and a half in which I had to bring the car there early in the morning multiple times despite having to work, only to be told that they couldn't finish the work due to "emergencies". They were also hard to reach and none of the issues/delays were communicated to me, I had to physically go there and ask what was happening with my car. On top of taking way longer than what I was told, it ended up costing a good £100 over the quote, which again was never communicated to me. A week after they'd done the work the brakes warning light came on, despite having changed one and being told the other brake pads were fine. Will not be back.
Just passing through Dundee and unfortunately had some exhaust problems late in the day, they managed to get it fixed with a value for money repair and had me back on the road shortly after. One of the best garages I've used. Can recommend to anyone, local and otherwise.
I always receive excellent service from North End Garage in Dundee. They are always very friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with.
I've had some bad experiences with other garages in the past but since being recommended North End I will never go anywhere else to get my car fixed. I trust them 100% - work is always completed to a high standard and is very fairly priced. Brilliant family run garage with lovely people.
Very friendly, very quick and efficient service and very fair price for the work carried out on my car. The people I dealt with were very helpful and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back with my car and would recommend them to anyone else.
The lady I spoke to (sorry I can’t remember her name!) was so lovely. Got my car seen and sorted the same day I phoned. Quick and excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

I went to get a my car serviced.
They charged me £200 (including labour which was £100).
10mins of me down the road smoke starts coming out of my bonnet, I pulled up and opened the bonnet and I saw the oil filter cap was missing and oil had spilled all over the engine.
I called garage and they had the audacity to tell me to come back to the garage while my car was heavily smoking.
After 10 mins of me speaking to them they finally decide to send someone to replace the missing cap for the oil which they forgot.
£100 pound for labour charge and they are so careless and negligent, that they forgot to put the cap on.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Been using this garage for a few years now and never had a complaint,only listed resent repairs as I take my car here for MOT plus any other problems that may arise Debbie always warm & friendly and nothing is ever to much bother for the mechanics, trustworthy and fair pricing.
Very friendly, swift good service. Good prices and tidy workplace.
I have been a regular customer for years and always been delighted with the work.
