Terrible pharmacy. Incapable of doing more than one thing at a time, even when there are hordes of them working, the pharmacist is constantly late, and most of them are aggressive and rude. The only reason to use them is that when things inevitably do go wrong, at least you’re right next to them doctors to get it sorted.
Useless. Twice they have misplaced or lost my daughters prescription for her epilepsy after i hand it in. First time they tell me they can not get hold of one of them. To then tell me i have to phone all the pharmacies to see if they have any available. I am happy to do that but why should i when its their mistake. Will be changing pharmacies.
Have a prescription for my son since he was 6 months old which is SUPPOSED to ready every month so we don't have to put in prescriptions. He is now 15 months and they still never have it available!! Also they discriminate because I have a pushchair so can't get up the stairs and refused to bring it out to me as they are ALWAYS understaffed. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET IT??? APPALLING!
For all of you that don't have a good word about the staff that work in their I suggest you spend a day working there its probably the first days work you have done in a long time. Them girls in their do nothing but try and help people under pressure . They work till 10 pm with all walks of life going in their Good and bad fearing for their own safety on some occasions. So what ever mistakes have or have not happened just remember you could go elsewhere. . Thanks you to all that work in their. .

Staff are surly and unhelpful. Accusatory (nothing is ever THEIR fault). Patronising. Rude. ...This Pharmacy used to have happy staff willing to help and always friendly. The Pharmacist there now is confrontational and aggressive. I am a nurse of over 30 years practice and have tried to stay loyal to this pharmacy, but now refuse to see the NHS and those of us who work very hard within it be brought down by this appalling lack of caring. compassion and professionalism. We deserve better.
Amazing. Answered the phone promptly and on a Sunday ... quickly confirmed they had what I needed. The staff member who I saw when I went to the pharmacy in person was friendly and polite. Would highly recommend.
Most unhelpful and never have your meds sorted would help if they read there NHS emails to see what needs doing apart from haveing to keep going back for the same thing because they can't find it all good
