Great workmanship at a fair price. I had already enquired in January 2022 to get my bumper repaired before I actually decided to go ahead with the job this year (December 2023). Despite this, Norris not only honoured the 2022 quote but also went right ahead and did a little bit of extra work (for free!) on the sill of my car which is also due for repair. I would highly recommend Richard Norris and his team.
Dropped a front + Rear bumper off Wednesday last week. Both needing a full respray plus sanding and filling.
Picked both up today (Thursday) so less than a week turn around as one day was bank hol. Fantastic quality, really nice guys to deal with and I also doubt they will be beaten on price. 10/10 !
Absolutely rubbish, the bonnet was not prepared properly before painting, seen kind of texture on edge of the bonnet - this is an opinion from other body repair garage. Spoke the the guy name Richard to sort this out, he claimed that is fine, and could not do any better, he did not take any arguments, then walked away and said f.. off. Avoid this ignorant for any costs.
Norris Body Shop did a very good repair on a badly creased and cracked front bumper. Like new now. Very pleased. Quick repair, good customer and quick service. Excellent would gladly recommend. Thank you everyone.
Front and rear bumper repair completed to a high standard and final price matched estimate. Only had to wait a couple of weeks to get the car booked in, definitively worth it to get a quality job done:-).

Great job by Richard, Steve and the rest of the team, welded in a new sill, pulled out a dent and resprayed all repairs to very high standard on my car. Highly recommended, will definitely use again, big thanks from me.
Excellent. Repaired bodywork damage to the front of my Mini Cooper. Competitive price Mini looks like new again. When I went back to pick the car up they had even washed it!! Would recommend.
