I've often walked past and thought I must try one of their dishes but, having been somewhat disappointed by one of the other offerings in Lock 29 I'd been rather put off

However, yesterday we went into Banbury to visit the food festival in the market place. Didn't fancy chicken and I don't like burgers so that left very little choice so I suggested that we head back to the Nori Shed for a proper try out and I'm so glad we did.

Unfortunately the pictures I took don't do the food justice: both freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. I had the Thai salmon and himself had the Japanese miso pork.

We'll definitely be back to try the rest of this short but interesting and intriguing menu.

Love the today’s special pork belly bibimbap & soy egg! The prawn poke bowl is so fresh and delicious. So happy to have you guys making this amazing and healthy food. the portions is very generous and the flavour is just PERFECT????????????

Excellent food which is worth the price. Fresh ingredients that combine to give great flavours, which are well presented every time. Nice to see a company that is standing out from the crowd by providing heathy food.

Easily the best plate in OX16. Bibimbap is the house staple and probably the best of them all, but occasional specials add variety. Don't waste your time in the rest of LOCK26, this is head and shoulders above.

I had the Pork Miso-Happy Bowl from Nori Shed today and it was absolutely delicious! The pork was cooked perfectly and the miso sauce was so flavourful. The bowl was also packed with vegetables, which was great. I would definitely recommend this bowl to anyone looking for a healthy and delicious meal.

Uncle Roger would scream watching them cook. They use induction cooker and a basic pan. The girl that made our food looked like she's afraid to touch food and definitely didn't seem confident in a kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised my bowl of food turned out actually well flavored and enjoyable. My son was not loving his tho. Not good enough for a repeat.

???? Fantastic flavours, colourful and healthy ingredients, and authentic Asian cuisine- the guys who create these incredibly delicious dishes have done their research, and are so clever with how they put it together. We especially love the Pork Miso noodle bowl????

???????? Having lived in South East Asia for 10 years, I crave sour,sweet,salty, savoury food so much, that I come back to Nori Shed almost every week, and my son (aged 7) is so happy every time we eat here!

My new go to! So fresh and I appreciate the attention to detail with its toppings. Josh was fabulous and so happy he brought this to Banbury. Working my way through the menu and loving all of it so far. The pork miso is to die for!
