Not happy at all 27 pound for dry food . Chips was like they had been sitting in a hot plate all night. The potato in the middle had completely gone. They were like crispy shells filled with oil. Chicken strips was practically burnt soggy in the middle and made us feel sick. . Large chicken, kebab, more like small chicken kebab filled with salad didn’t even put the filling in the actual small, pitta bread, just loaded it on top . It was all cold. . What a waste of money I wouldn’t recommend going there, unless you like overcooked and overpriced food for small portions .
Worst kebab I’ve had. Tried this place multiple times to see if the bad food was a one of but not the case. I don’t know how they serve this rubbish annd how do people eat this rubbish. The food is truly awful. Poor quality meat and stale pitta bread to cheap nasty mayo and sauces. I’m told it’s a good food shop but clearly not. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
First time in a while going here and I’m pretty glad we did, food was the best, tasted so nice. The guy was so nice on the phone and understood what I meant exactly! Waiting time 45 mins exactly the time he said. Definitely recommend
Brilliant food, can’t fault it. Quality and quantity.
However if you order on the phone, and go to collect at the time promised, expect to wait an extra 20-40 minutes for your order to be ready. They quoted 30 minutes for my relatively small order, we arrived, and had to wait another 25 minutes before they’d even started cooking it!!!
For that reason, I don’t think I’ll be returning. Just a waste of time when elsewhere is much faster. Shame considering the food itself is good, but not worth waiting for.

had a mix kebab and chips and salad.
turned up just on time. meat was cooked lovely and still hot. chips lovely and still hot. seperate pitta so wasnt soaked in grease.
salad was small but thats a minor in my eyes.

Amazing chicken burger really crispy and tender, topped off with great service. Definitely recommend Norfolk Kebab.
Food took 3+ hours to arrive, despite being told it was an hour and a half for delivery. This is not the first time it has happened. When talking to the staff, they seem to promise it’s on its way and we would continue to be wait longer than the journey should take. When the food arrived, the pizza’s were cold.
never ordering a delivery from here again, it’s not worth it. norfolk kebab had my boyfriend & i waiting 1 hour & 50 minutes just for some doner meat & chips - they said it would be an hour which even then is a while just for two simple meals… i refused to pay the whole price because of the wait & they only took £1 from the original price.
