Food was average at best. But the issue was the worker was taking out the trash by going through the dining hall. Then to make things worse, we see the workers with no gloves or any kind of hygiene effort carry a bucket full of raw chicken from outside bringing it in. Clear health code violations, and we were disgusted. The service was not great just meh.. you have to yell to get their attention or they will ignore you for ever. They were also out of mutton and cheese naan.Won’t be going back.
I regularly order for eid from Nizamath, on 10 April 2024 i had ordered for eid celebration 6 mutton biryani and 2 chicken biryani from their Salmiya restaurant. Literally i could find few pieces of mutton in the biryani, It was really embarrassing as the serving content of mutton was very poor. If it is not feasible to offer required quantity of mutton, you should increase the price and maintain the quantity as before. It was a very bad experience.

Im a fan of their biryani, yesterday was 26th jan Republic day of India, they had tri colour kabab in offer, I ordered tri colour kabab and till now, even after 24 hours no one has responded to my msg or calls. Not even checked my msg. Hence I had to hunt for a new restaurant. Very disappointing. Please increase your staff if you're busy, thats good, that means more business. But accordingly you have to increase manpower too
Nizamat restaurant is the only option whenever I visit salmiya to hangout with friends we always ordered food from nizamat restaurant quick delivery good packing warmly served great customer service when you order food by calling staff will listen to you calmly and place your order as requested dishes worth trying. Chicken pahadi kabab ,chicken lababdar , plain kulcha , chicken dum biryani, zeera rice, and qubani ka meetha must visit and explore with your friends

In the menu they put dish pictures different than what they serve.
Food is tasty, hygienic, and mouth-watering. Too crowded, that means good quality. Haleem is very soft and tasty.
Food was good but staff and there service is worst… they dont know how to talk with customer
