1st of all love my new car. The staff especially Derek 2nd to non, couldn't do enough for us. Problem with DVLA and couldn't get the car taxed so they loaned me a brand new xtrail, beautiful car. I would definitely recommend nissan Stourbridge, and I would recommend a nissan epower.
Waste of time, went to look at trading my current low mileage, immaculate 2.5 year old vehicle in for a new one...... ONLY BECAUSE THEY CONTACTED ME & INVITED ME TO DO SO, SAYING THEY HAD WORKED OUT THAT IT WAS THE BEST TIME FOR ME FINANCIALLY, AS I BOUGHT FROM THEM, AS DID MY DAUGHTER LAST TIME..... Only for them to provide me with the same high figure I'd already found by spending 2 minutes costing one on the Nissan website!!!!

GO ON THE 'CARWOW' WEBSITE, WHO WILL GET THE VERY BEST PRICES FOR YOU FROM OTHER NISSAN DEALERSHIPS ACROSS THE UK. I RECEIVED THREE OFFERS THAT WERE BETWEEN £25 & £33 A MONTH CHEAPER FORV A 4 YEAR PCP, SAVING NEARLY £2,000........

Excellent service not sure girls name on reception but was extremely pleasant.very knowledgeable , seemed to know what she was talking about if I asked her something, highly recommended.
Always very helpful. They listen to you and deal with any issues with the car necessary. All staff are polite and considerate.
Had wonderful customer service and felt like my business was respected, the salesman, Connor, made everything so simple and delivered on everything he said. If you want to buy a new car get down to this showroom and ask for Connor!!
