I cannot rate this the team at Nima highly enough. Due to a medication shortage, I was running low on a critical drug and Nima was the only chemist that I could find in the London / Surrey region with any supply. They then ordered the rest of my prescription and Carlton (one of the team) even kindly offered to deliver the items to my house on his way home the following evening. Nima is by far the best pharmacy I have dealt with - their customer service is second to none - thank you to Carlton and the team.

Don’t use this place for COVID testing. I paid extra (£99) for a ‘guaranteed by midnight next day’ PCR test. I had the test at 9am on a Friday, it didn’t arrive until after midday Sunday, my flight was 10am Sunday so I had to buy another emergency one at the airport. No apology or refund offered by Nima. No contact details provided to chase them and closed Sunday so could not ask.
DO NOT GO. Wayyyy too expensive, just payed £10.50 for the smallest bottle of nail polish remover you have ever seen! It was only because i was desperate i had to pay that type of money. Fuming, wish i never bothered.

Nima is amazing! The pharmacist is always on point with diagnosis and assistance with both small children and adults. We always use this pharmacist for her local knowledge and friendly manner. Couldn’t be happier!
