Had a fabulous lunch. The dishes were really well made, the service was also very nice and helpful. No idea why it has a bad rating because we had a great experience. Tried the lobster burger, octopus hot dog, their poke bowl and oyster.
Went for breakfast deal before heading to airport. Went here as it was cheaper than some other places. Gentleman serving, was nice and polite. Coffee and croissant were nice. No problem getting extra hot water for my tea. Would definitely recommend.

It was a delicious experience! The food is really fantastic. The combination of everything is a feast in your mouth including with the wine.

I could not wait to finally visit one of the n#ice locations, and I had high expectations based on what I’ve seen on the social media platforms, where the food, the details always look amazing, the menu is intriguing and they bring some interesting ideas to Geneva. So we finally came for lunch with my partner. The newly opened n#ice Molard seemed the most convenient to visit.
First of all I am a huge fan of the concept, but I think there is a problem with the execution of the ideas, at least at N#ice Molard.
Don’t get me wrong, nothing was bad, but not very good either.
On the other hand, shout out to the waiter who served us. He gave us a really good and friendly service, which is very rare in Geneva.
Our oysters were tasty, and the ceviche was ok, but not the best that we had.
But for example there were some issues with the lobster burger. The elements alone were interesting, there were different textures, different colours, crispy sweet bun, micro herbs, fish roe, puffed crisp, fried leaves etc. In theory these should work, and I understand and appreciate there was a lot of work with all these elements. Then you have a bite, and the flavours are bland, not marrying well, and the previously mentioned elements either.
Biting into the very cold lobster in a warm bun was a weird contrast, but ok, however some pieces of the lobster were too chewy, the micro herbs in the bun got all soft and wilted, the sauce was not creamy but completely liquid, dripping from the bun, and within 2 minutes the bottom of the bun got mushy and completely soaked from the sauce... all the different modern elements for an experience that all together is not enjoyable from start to finish.
I also think the granita style cocktails are a great idea, matching their overall concept. They could work as an excellent palate cleanser, but unfortunately lacking understanding of basic mixology principles, and definitely need some fine tuning.
We both left with mixed feelings.
I haven’t visited the other n#ice locations yet, but will do, as I’ve read so many positive things about their previously opened places.
