I can only imagine the strains on the pharmacy and do appreciate their hard work but the Lady on the counter seriously needs some re- training on how to speak with customers, I witnessed people being polite to her but nothing back apart from a scowl and no empathy whatsoever considering where she's working. This is not the first time I've witnessed this so maybe she should look for a less customer orientated job or start realising that it's not just a bag of medication for some it's life saving.
New computer system causing problems. Delays to pharmacy processing prescriptions. Staff overwhelmed.

The pharmacist was worried about a medication my Dr prescribed. He phoned me after a few days to find out how I was doing. He was kind, patient and very informative.
The receptionist is always polite, efficient and helpful.
First class service all round.
Great staff closes for lunch.1230 - 1330.
But there's a great cake shop for tea and a snack a few doors away.
I was told they wouldn't redeliver for those that are housebound (patient 93) if they don't make first delivery. I am surprised at this as MDS in Peacehaven have always attempted redelivery the next day without problems. Also, they don't seem to order enough stock in advance, and we are constantly chasing prescriptions that they have had for a considerable length of time. Not impressed.
Awful experience, went with a prescription which included four items that were identical and on the same prescription and was told I had to pay for four prescription fees. Refused to pay and looked up the guidance online which clearly showed I had to only pay a single prescription fee. Printed said guidance off and took in and the sunglasses wearing pharmacist said "you said you were going to another pharmacy....go to another pharmacy!!!" Boots honoured the single prescription price. The sunglasses wearing pharmacist would be ideal for running a flat roof pub!
A few times I have been collect my prescription few times and am so angry at how rude one the ladys is . No manner to the customer and I'm absolutely fed up with being spoken to with an attitude. You made a mistake with my prescription. The told me it wasnt in the bag because u had only just downloaded it although I just signed for it and u took it off me . To get home and it not be complete. After saying it was all their .
Manners cost nothing so to the lady on the desk please speak to other how u would like to be treated this is not the first time I spoken to with a tone
Very rude staff, no customer service skills. Go to boots or sainsburys, even the doctors are aware of how bad it is in there.
