I've been taking my van here for the last few years and everyone is always friendly and the service is quick. Great garage , highly recommended.
Been using Newhaven Car Services for years now but have never left a review. Sorry, in all that time I think about 15 years I've never had any thing but a positive experience high quality work, excellent service, and always happy to help in any way they can. also there prices are very good and have always been discussed before work starts. Well done.
Honest.
Could have taken my car and spent much time and money on untracable diagnostics but instead gave me the advice I didn't want to hear which made them less money but was the right thing.
If I ever come to Newhaven again, and have a car, would have it worked on here.
Car went for MOT - it passed. Have dealt with the guys in the past. Very helpful & friendly, even advised us that work we thought needed doing ( as told to us by a dealership after a service) wasn't necessary and only charged us a minimal amount for the labour they'd done to find that out.
All round good guys. Will use again.
What a nice bunch of people! Called as we were heading down to the ferry as a warning light had come on in the car and popped in with two minutes to spare. They could not have been more helpful! 5 stars!

Broke down in France last week, no garages responded in Dieppe!!!!
Ferry back to Newhaven ( massive thank you to Dieppe staff, Manuel in particular) also Newhaven staff who allowed us to park overnight.
RAC (Terry) recovered us to a camp site.......booked by Andy himself while we waited for the repairs!!!!. Unbelievable out of his way kindness . Repairs completed to the stated time, very professional ????. Thank you so much to Andy and this amazing family business.
