Excellent service very professional and helpful
I have been with Rightdose now for 3 months and each month there has been issues. From not issuing script on time, saying they have not received it (even though proof from surgery that it’s been sent) to their delivery company delivering it to a different address and not leaving a card to say where it had been delivered too.
And customer service are not helpful - rude and very unprofessional, and so difficult to setup.
Changed back to Pharmacy2U now.
I am always touched by the care that this team give me. Today I received my repeat prescription - delivered to my door - with out asking for it. Thank you for doing this for me at this time lots of love and care Tess Wyatt

Polite, friendly & knowledgeable staff who are always happy to help. I have had many dealings with this branch & I have always felt valued as a customer, whether I've dealt with pharmacy or delivery staff. I can't recommend them enough & I genuinely feel that they are a credit to Apple Pharmacies.

Unreliable. Said they'd put some medication on order for me to collect the next morning, but when I went back they told me they didn't have it and wouldn't any time soon. An avoidable waste of my time.
