Excellent service and very impressive. Dropped me home as I didn’t have means of another transport, dropped the car off as well when it was done. Kept me informed all the way from the time the parts were dropped off to the point of when the car was fixed. Nazz is a great guy and deserves more than 5 stars. A+++++++++ ????????
5* because I needed several last minute brakes and welding repairs for MOT , for an old banger 16 yr old Yaris , all got done without proper prebookings , the squeezed me in, so I appreciate it
I went to this garage after seeing its reviews. I was having problems with starting the car in the mornings. I left the car with the mechanic at 1.30 pm and he phoned me at around 3 pm saying that my 3 of my glow plugs didn’t work. Before I had even said anything he continued to say that he had already ordered the plugs without consulting me first. I felt pressured and agreed for him to change them. He proceeded to tell me it would cost me £130 cash and £156 with VAT. It made more sense to agree to the latter as I was already paying an arm and a leg. Although the problem with the car seems to be rectified my problem is that he over charged. Because he saw I am a woman, I think he saw an opportunity to make more money. I found later on that the cost of 3 plugs would be around £50. So that means he charged £80 just to fit them in which is quite an easy job for a mechanic. That is why I've left 2 stars, although he did the job satisfactorily he saw a fool like me coming.
I phoned the garage to book my first mot and made the mechanic aware of this and he was rude to me from the start. He continued to be extremely rude, shouted at me down the phone and tried to swindle me and keep my own car parts. Would have gave 0 stars if I could. Will not return.

My car window suddenly dropped and wouldn't work .
They fixed it for me to make it safe over the weekend and asked me to bring the car on Monday for a permanent fix.

I really can’t fault this garage. I’ve had a few different things needed attention and I can’t fault any of the work and never over-charged. If they can help you, they will. They are as good as their word.
Excellent service fast professional and efficient. As a female I didn't feel intimidated as I have going to other garages in the past. Would definitely recommend ????
Had a couple of 2nd hand cars from here in the past couple of years. Put a full 12 months mot on them for no extra cost mot a 3 months guarantees. Reasonable prices for the quality and range of the cars that they are selling.
