The new triage makes it easy to get an appropriate appointment with the right person. Young Lady Doctor was marvelous, actions followed up with text messages. Great service. No need to wait on the phone, can get on with your day working etc.

Since the closure of Church View Medical Centre adjacent this practice this Doctors surgery has become a joke! Read the many numerous bad reviews mostly about the terrible attitude of the receptionists.
When ever you ring up you are in for a very long wait… in the latest debacle, we used the online booking service for an appointment to see the practice nurse. They say they will reply within 48 hours… no reply one week later… Rang the practice and waited 30 minutes to get through. Asked the receptionist why we had not been contacted regarding our daughters appointment. She was quite condescending and off from the start of the conversation. She said my daughter would have to make her own appointment…We had already waited a week with no response, so we were angry to be told we would have to make another online appointment. Why couldn’t the receptionist resolve our concerns over the phone? She said she was going to hang up the phone and promptly and did so… So rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and unpleasant…They should expect people to be frustrated after waiting for a week with no reply.
The only positive thing about this practice is the fantastic Doctors, Dr Hussain and the other Doctors are doing a great job under difficult circumstances….when you can eventually get an appointment and to see them! If this medical practice is to improve it’s reviews they need to get rid of there totally unprofessional, unhelpful, unpleasant and rude reception staff. ????
Doctors are great, reception are less than helpful. I understand data protection but when you ring to find out if your deaf 90 year old mothers urine test is back and if she needs any meds and are told they can’t tell you . How is that helpful to anyone? It’s not information that could be used for sinister use, come on reception this is just bureaucracy gone mad…. Very disapointed
Fantastic care!! Filled in a patient triage form for my daughter and the doctor rang me and seen her within 30 minutes. Even arranged a follow up appointment in a few days time. Really impressed with the level of care and a very friendly doctor.
Phoned up and directed to an online booking system and had an appointment on a day I specified within hours. Had bloods taken by a nurse named Natalie who was absolutely exceptional. For someone who’s nervous, it was painless. Thank you so much to all of you for being so kind
Text me asking me to call to book a diabetic review spent 40 mins trying to get through when receptionist answered I was told they hadn't been added to the database so I would need to ring back on Friday spent another 40 mins waiting to be told again no appointments ring back Friday spent another 40 mins on phone and guess what...............a week later ordered my prescription online but when trying to collect it was told it had been rejected. Went round the surgery obviously very distraught asking if it had been stopped because of my review not being booked and was told.it was because I AM UNDERUSING my prescription!!!!!!!! How can a diabetic underuse their prescription INSULIN!!!! Got a letter a couple of days later saying I will be struck off the next time.im abusive they really are a complete set of liars
I was without my prescription for a month and subsequently my blood pressure and cholesterol went very high a complaint will be sent to the NHS please do the same if you have and problems I urge you!!!!!!
Reception staff are very rude ! Leave you on hold for hours while they chat. I have rang the surgery while been in the surgery I was 14th in que but yet not 1 phone rang within the reception area ????
I haven't been able to use the surgery yet as I can't get through to book a new patient appointment. 45mins on hold no matter what time I call, for the phone to then cut off. I transferred from a doctor's I'd had for 15 years to this as I have moved house. What a joke. I read the reviews first and specifically didn't want this one but as two are in the same building, I went to the wrong one. Reception seemed lovely when I signed up, but if I can't even get a new patient appointment (they text me and told me to call for one) then God forbid if I was ever ill. I'm leaving before I even start. Was a 4 week wait too, the one next door is a 1 week wait.
