I'm so nervous when it comes to Dentist's but they really do make you feel at ease. The Dental nurses are lovely & really friendly which puts you at ease straight away. The dentist Victoria is brilliant, talks you through everything she's doing & explains things to you.
Wouldn't trust any other Dentist.
My appointment with Johanna Moore was exceptional. I am very nervous and she puts me at ease. She is the only hygienist I have ever felt comfortable with. Thank you again Johanna.
I've been going to this dentist for many years and recommended it. Since the change, the reception staff and nurses are the friendliest there's been and put you at ease. The dentist Saite and Johanna, the hygienist, are very thorough and professional. Good service.
I've been to this dentist for years. It's always been good. Some of the past receptionists were derogatory towards customers but their new receptionists are really nice as far as i can tell. As with any dentist, while respecting their professional judgement, dont be afraid to ask questions, make sure you communicate clearly your needs and don't feel like you have to go along with things that you don't agree with.
Really used to dislike coming to the dentist, now I have Saite Gaye as my dentist he’s absolutely brilliant. Makes you feel calm, now I always leave the dentist in a positive mood. He words things very well and doesn’t put you down if you have something wrong with your teeth. Highly recommend Saite Gaye & assistant. Also receptionists are very good.
I had a check up which went fine, as always. I returned to reception to book my follow-up appointment and was told that I had to pay for that appointment upfront. Apparently this is a new policy due to others cancelling appointments and the surgery losing money. I agreed to pay this because I understand that a lot of businesses are struggling in the current financial climate. What I wasn't impressed with was the cocky attitude of the receptionist who explained this to me. It wasn't so much what she said, but her tone which was rude and abrupt and she spoke to me like I was stupid.
I was booked in for a check up and within 10 mins of the examination I was told exactly what needed doing and to my surprise Sait did the work immediately. How quick was that?. Excellent service. Thank you.
Always helpful staff .dentist was very reassuring and made me feel at ease.
