I have used New Mill Services in the past and found them to be very competent. The staff were pleasant, and it was a stress free experience.
I have used this garage for 5 years.. Completely trust them. They are very honest and tell me what they can and can't do, have given advice and are extremely accomodating.. would absolutely recommend.
Excellent service, don't try to confuse you with jargon, and very fair pricing. Been using them for over 10 years and zero complaints.

Booked in for MOT and I knew it would fail as ABS light was on. They done the MOT and it failed on ABS and a bulb. I knew they were very busy so I asked if I could leave it with them to see if the abs fault could be checked and repaired. First thing next morning get a call, car was all sorted, new ABS sensor fitted and mot retest done and passed. Saved me an absolute world of trouble.
This is the second time I have used this garage, staff are always welcoming and friendly and helpful into the bargain, thoroughly recommend to anyone for any work needing done on their car. ????????????
For me, without a shadow of doubt, Newmill Services is the No. 1 garage to go to in Ayrshire. Service, knowledge, advice, honesty, pricing & friendliness are in my opinion, second to none.
Proprietor Hugh & his staff have been doing MOT's, annual servicing, repairing & advising me on my vehicles for well over a decade now & I simply would not go anywhere else.
We have always had various BMW's as our primary vehicle & they've never missed a beat under the care of Hugh & the team.
For our second vehicle, Hugh's brutal honesty is perfect for me as I tend to chop & change brands. Before I purchase, I'll ask him (not always though ????) "I fancy this, what do you think?". For the majority of the time (unless the heart rules the head ????), I go with his sound advice. We've had Audi, Isuzu, Land Rover, Mercedes, Saab, Vauxhall, VW & now a Mitsubishi L200 Trojan, all of which he is knowledgeable about & keeps them running smoothly.
Without any hesitation, I very highly recommend Newmill Services & if I could officially give a bonus ⭐ I would without hesitation so unofficially... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
