Hit and miss some times it’s good sometimes it’s awful there is no consistency only reason I go here is because it’s open untill 4am also there is no seating area what so ever wings are tiny and most the times horrible only decent thing to eat here is the chicken wrap
The food is decent enough for its type (fast food, so don't expect healthy and clean) and price (cheaper than most rivals).
However the guy who appears to be in charge during the evening shifts, does not seem to know how to talk to or behave with customers.
I ordered a pizza one night, and he sent it over cooked and cold (via Uber eats).
When I complained through Uber, he did not reply at all (other restaurants would at the very least apologize, with some going further and offering a discount the next time I ordered).
Another night when I went there in person, I asked him about something on the menu, and he replied quite rudely and aggressively, using very inappropriate language.
I have had good experiences with this place when I have ordered during the late mornings and early afternoons, when they have another guy in charge, who seems to understand customer service a lot better.
Keep in mind that there are no dine in facilities here, so you have to take your order away to eat it.
Chips were dry, tasted reheated.
Wings were tasty but really dry, must have been kept on the rack for hours.
Burger was nice but a little dry too, and the chicken was thin/ flat.
It's always fresh and tasty, with great customer service. Definitely recommend to friends and family.
I was eating my food until I saw not only 1 hairs.. not 2. But 3 dark hairs in my food! Never eating here again.
I just ordered 2 strip burgers and 2 chips, unfortunately the chips are completely frozen I think the staff actually forgot to heat them up!!!!!!!
Absolutely disgusting, well overpriced. I ended up having diarrhoea for a week after eating this filth. STAY WELL CLEAR !
Awful. Chicken burger was pink in the middle & when I called they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Will not be ordering from this place again.
