Went to order some meals. The service was quick, and the food was hot.
I hear that wings were spicier than other places, so I thought to give it a try on my second trip.
And the wings didn't disappoint me. I wish that the chicken were spicier to justify the place to be the top spot for ordering.
There wasn't any menu viewable, so i have added it so it would help others to make the choice easier.
I have finally found them...
THE BEST CHICKEN WINGS IN LONDON...
seasoning, quality of chicken and the texture were all extraordinary. The chips were also really good too. Very fair price in this day and age. It's a bit out of my way but I will definitely eat here again and look forward to that occasion!
Really disappointed in my last order at New Jersey. I usually go for their wings which are very nice and spicy. The service is also very nice. However, I was craving a burger today and thought "judging by their wings, the chicken should also be good." Unfortunately, I couldn't be more wrong. The chicken had an extremely rubbery texture, as if I was biting into a raw chicken breast fillet. There was also a weird juice that came out of the chicken when I took at bite. Nothing about this meal was even near good enough. The chips also seems off and I wish I just bought oven chips from the Iceland nearby as that chicken put me off everything from that meal. In summary, if you go to New Jersey's then get the wings and you'll be fine. If you want to waste £5 get the chicken burger.
Boss man is very good. He does nice wings cheap as well. After today I went for 4 strips but boss man sorted me out nicely. Made it my local in cally. 6 wings for £2 can’t go wrong. And better chicken than the other shops on the same road.
The chicken wings and nuggets are my go-to favs. Sometimes, I got additional chicken if I ordered in big mounts. The value for the food is really good and you could never go wrong with everything! I just knew the owner/staff was caring and food leftovers goes to the homeless living in the station. :)
I am very disappointed in the service I received today. Firstly my dad made an order for me but came back without what he had ordered. I went back to let them know and I was met with rude customer service. It would've been polite if they had said sorry for their mistake and what was the order but they did not. I will not be coming back to this shop again.
They never fail to give refried chips! On every single occasion they serve refried chips!
I’ve been enjoying this place for years but standards have consistently been slipping, there’s better options locally particularly with the recently reduced hygiene standard awards. Be careful
