Food is good, however the attitude of the young girl behind the counter has been terrible on multiple occasions as others have said. For this reason alone I have never left a tip. To top it off I've Just collected my order and they forgot one of the items. When I called to tell them she denied it was on the order even though she read the order back to me and then told me the price.
No free prawn crackers after spending over £40! Then Foood was awful bbq ribs had no meat barely a bite in whole box! Curry sauce sweet and strange and most food burnt on top of that! Whole family feel poorly today hope it’s a 24hour thing not food poisoning ????
This is my absolute favourite Chinese takeaway. The food is always amazing and tasty. Sometimes there is a bit of wait even when you've ordered over the phone but the wait is always worth it. I had one occasion where they missed something off my order, so I phoned them straight away and they were quick to sort it.
Food is pretty ok. I collected a phone order on Saturday again was OK, the real let down in the far from warm welcome and the I really don't want to be here sour faced stroppy girl teen on the counter. Maybe some customer service training would be helpful
Young girl behind the counter doesn't want to be there serious attitude problems her face could have made milk go sour miserable. She needs help no people skills she must be a disgrace to her family if they own the shop ?.
Get rid of her save some customers.
Such a shame food was good.
Food on the whole was actually quite lovely. I was sceptical after hearing other peoples recent experiences but was pleasantly surprised. The only negative comment is that the boy who took my order over the phone seriously needs some customer service training. I’ve never felt like such a burden when trying to give my money to a company before.
Order food again from them… hoping last time was a one off… £27 wasted. Started a rough time… said that would be fine or a touch later. Rock up an hour early. Stone cold horrible Chinese.

Do NOT be put off by the price! This was absolutely beautiful food, and plenty of it. We have never had prawn toast better than this, and the roast pork foo yung was beautiful. ???? Just wish we didn't live 150 miles away!
