Great dentist. Lovely bedside manner. Can't speak to highly of the reception staff not returning calls and referring me to a hospital I've never been to and have no record of me. They also sent me a breakup letter after not rearranging my checkup which ended up being a few weeks after I saw the dentist. If you can tolerate that the dentist is fantastic.
This is one of the best dentists I have ever visited. I always feel relaxed when I have to go as I know that all the staff are very friendly and the dentist is very knowledgeable explaining everything he is doing.
This man is a gentleman, really looks after his patients. Iv been going for quite a few years and my health was bad and my teeth were even worse, But with consistency and a lot of help from him I’m in a lot better place. I want to say a big thank you. And to all his staff. Great.????????????????????????????
I loved going to Dr Rashid. I’m a very nervous patient and he always made me feel calm and relaxed. He has helped me maintain great dental care. He explained everything so clearly.
I would’ve given 5 stars but unfortunately the receptionist lets this place down. She is very UNHELPFUL and rude. I also got taken off the books without any letter or phone call as I hadn’t been for over 18months! I tried to speak to the receptionist about this but she wasn’t interested and shut me down with all I tried to say. She was very rude. She is letting this place down.
I had been going to this dentist for years and the service was great but have now taken myself out of this practice because my wife found out she had been taken off the list with out notice as she had not been going for a number of years as she's had bad experiences in the pass . But this dental practice is not interested in what we at to say just interested in making as much money as possible. Also found the reception lady as far to much to say for herself. Shes a receptionist no more than that. But carry on like she owns the place also found her rude and miserable. I never got a hello or a smile out of her. after Covid way any one will want to go to the dentist and have dental instruments put in their mouth is beyond me .
This is the best dentist I have ever been to. He takes time to explain everything, is very attentive and doesn't rush you in and out like others I have been to. Would highly recommend and I hope he stays as he is a top man.
I need a wisdom tooth removed, so I tried to call the past 2 days. Since they wouldn't pick up, I had to go all the way to the practice. There the reception lady said that I needed to call in order to speak with her(the irony) after I was outside the practice and I manage to talk with her on the phone, she informed me that they had to cancel my registration (without any notice) because I hadn't been in for a long time. Although I understand that it is an NHS protocol. The removal from their practice if I don't go often, was not mentioned at the registration form or I never received ANY notification or information on the issue. On top, the reception lady was very unhelpful and at times impolite. The services I had from the dentist himself was fantastic and this is why I returned for further treatments, bit their system and their communication is rather unfortunate
Dr Rashid and his team are a credit to the NHS and the medical profession. They are committed to providing good quality, affordable treatment within their community, despite all the challenges they've faced over the past couple of years. Couldn't thank them more for their service :-)
