We left the meal very poor tasteless, the only reason i never gave a one star, they are normally good. Did phone up but no refund or replacement offered

Used to use this place all the time, placed a £50 order. Incorrect order sent, missing items. Rang to ask them to deliver correct items, extremely rude and dismissive. Assured me that the kitchen had put the correct items in despite them clearly not having. Argued with me that I had ordered the wrong item and he read this back, again which is wrong he read the correct order back which we didn’t receive. Refused to do anything about it or apologise or deliver. So poor and rude
Delicious. We've tried a variety of different dishes and everyone has been nigh on perfect. From lemon chicken, to salt and pepper boxes, crispy beef in honey sauce I wanted to try a few before reviewing and every time I've ordered it been amazing.
Also delivery was only 30 minutes which considering every takeaway I order seems to usually be over an hour wait is brilliant.
Great food and was fairly quick even when it was obviously busy, good service as well, well priced with good portion sizes
We always use here as it's close, food is pretty much always nice, but today service is terrible!ordered at 6.50pm, and at 8.25pm I'm still sat waiting for my order when I live 5mins away! Rang at the delivery time of 8.10 to be told they're still cooking it, not good enough when I've ended up giving my kids a jam sandwich for their tea because they were so hungry. Tonight was supposed to be a treat night with a film but that's gone pear shaped. If I'd of known it would take this long I wouldn't have ordered!
Very disappointed ordered Crispy Chicken, nothing like it .
