Just ordered two meals and they weren't very nice chicken fried rice was just slop and salt and pepper chicken dry as a bone apart from that it was hot but deffo won't be ordering again think they need to sack the chef.
Absolutely awful!
Ordered through Just Eat app and it got cancelled, no reason why. So I called them and they said they would reinstate my order and it would be with me in about 60-90 minutes. Which is fine.
2 hours later... I called up and they said they never reinstated my order.
The woman on the phone was absolutely rude and put the phone down on me.
I called back to try and re-order and got told it would be another 60 minutes.
Would never order again, absolutely disgraceful!! I would give 0 stars but that’s not an option.
Ordered special chow it looked small it wasn't.told staff . I was wrong .sorry .
Ordered beef fried rice (tasted fine) ordered plain donner burger for my partner came with alot of salad, and ordered salt and pepper chips. Chips wasn't cooked was 90% undercooked. Rang up spoke to a fella and he said he'd send another burger out plain like I already asked for. And another portion of salt and pepper chips to be cooked longer as the chips are chunky ones. Got the order for the 2nd time chips are awful again and kebabs didn't taste like kebab meat is supposed to. So rang up and got a mouthful when I asked what kind of kebab meat it was she slammed the phone down rather rudely.
Worst food ever cheeky response got buttoned by staff says no min price of order but just been £5 delivery charge on a order for £7.80 which is nearly doing double plus the food was fry ups. Shredded Chicken with no chicken in plus ribs just covered in fat with no sauce. Eee stay away
Had food from here last night and it was absolutely awful ,had a kebab looked like it had been around for days ,no salad with it either ,had a cheeseburger delivered ,again no salad and it looked and tasted so unappetising
It was all put in the bin and we will not be going back here again

I Visited this takeaway on the recommendation from my son who had, had deliveries from them a number of times.
I ordered a chilli and garlic special with rice. The food was cooked perfectly with good taste of chilli and garlic unlike other takeaways who tend to keep the chilli and garlic to a minimum (I like it hot ????) there was plenty of everything in the 'special' and none of it was dry or overcooked as can sometimes happen in 'special' dishes. The rice was light and fluffy. The meal was hot when I got it home and we throughly enjoyed it. We'll certainly be ordering from there again online next time as we have a menu.
Note. If you go to there shop the only take cash, I was lucky I had some with me.
We placed a large family celebration order to collect, as we know how busy Cheung Hing can be for delivery times. The food was absolutely fresh and delicious and I could not fault any of it, not a morsel left! This used to be our favourite chinese and it went a little hit and miss for a while. But after last nights meal It is back as our first choice. Keep up the good work.
