The service at Nev's is always excellent and any repairs and costs explained fully. The garage is busy due to the good service but Simon will always help as much as possible. Prices good and garage is fully compliant with COVID rules for peace of mind of customers. Will be using again
I have been here twice in recent months. Firstly my daughter's car had a puncture and as it turned out another garage had stripped the locking wheel nut. I spent all morning trying to find someone to help but no-one wanted to touch it. A call to Nev's garage and it was sorted within 30 mins.
On the second occasion our little runaround failed it's MOT at one of the national franchise test stations. The price they quoted for repairs brought tears to my eyes and I thought I would have to scrap the car. I called at Nev's garage to see what they thought. They not only took the car in the following day, despite being busy, and had completed the repairs and tested the car by lunchtime. The cost was a very pleasant surprise.
I will go here first from now on. I can't recommend them enough.
Took my car in yesterday at 5pm for MOT, completed by 10am this morning and even nice enough to drop the car off at my home as I was stuck in work. Great service & friendly staff.
Excellent service. friendly helpful advice and reasonably priced . Would highly recommend this local independent garage .
