Brilliant place and reasonably priced. Couldn't have asked for better service! I highly recommend ND garage at Carlisle.
But after complex repair job recently, I feel obliged to leave a review.
Nuno is absolutely brilliant. I constantly come back to him as he is the most honest, competent and value for money garage that I have known in nearly 20 years of owning a lot of different cars. He is honest and upfront but never evasive; if he says something will cost a certain price, I trust him implicitly. Nuno is willing and able to accommodate you and deal with any issues, even if they he is busy (he's always busy - a sign of returning customers I assume.) Nuno is clearly incredibly competent and skilled mechanic. In previous garages I've needed to come back for tweaks and additional repairs after work hasn't gone to plan but I have never had to do this at ND garage. Thank You and see You soon:)))
When my BMW’s clutch failed on holiday, leaving me stranded in Carlisle, ND quickly diagnosed the issue, and had the car repaired by the time I returned a few days later. He charged a very fair price and helped me out of a very trying situation. Would absolutely bring my car there again (if it weren’t a couple hundred miles away).

On holiday in the lakes and break pad red light came on following a day trip to Edinburgh. Nuno messaged me back early the next day having sent a late night text. He fitted me in to replace the front pads straight away to help ease our minds with no impact to our holiday. To help ease our minds for the long journey back to Kent. Such a friendly guy, offered a coffee and was a genuinely nice chap. We need more people like this. I am truly grateful and would recommend this garage 5 ⭐️ from me

Brilliant Mechanic, highly recommended. Came out to us on a Friday night while we were stranded at the cattle mart and worked on fixing our 4x4 until 9pm at night, got it all sorted in the end. Very professional and friendly guy ????????

What a knowledgeable and great mechanic, he diagnosed the problem with my car after 2 others failed and fixed my bonnet catch for free, I will always use ND autos from now on and recommend him.
