I've had my navara serviced and repaired at this garage for the last 4 years. Friendly reliable service and I would definitely recommend them.
Not hugely impressed with the service. I popped in for a quote to fit a basic part. "£32.50 mate" I was told. Booked it in, came to collect, and the bill was £95. I asked why, and the reason given was that they had turn off the engine management light after fitting, which cost £45 plus VAT! But that was always going to be required when fitting this part (fuel regulator valve), so should have been included with the original quote.
Also, price quoted was conveniently without VAT, which should never be the case for members of the public bringing in private cars – clearly the public isn't VAT registered so expects prices including VAT, as it is with every other consumer business in the UK. I'm afraid to say I won't be going back.
Used Naylors for many years now. They've looked after our 1987 Land Rover & kept it reliable. And now my 3.5v8 engined triumph goes there too... proper garage
Fantastic service. I've used RT Naylor for at least 3 of my Land Rovers and in all instances they have been excellent. On my current Discovery 4 the EML came on and vehicle went into limp mode. Although they were exceptionally busy, Richard got me in the next day and fixed what was an issue with the alternator. If you need you LR looking at you can't go wrong using the services provided by Richard and his team.
Consistently excellent. Richard and team have serviced and repaired a mix of road cars for me, whilst also preparing a 1965 Alfa for historic racing. Good advice, thorough workmanship and pricing always fair.
Would not recommend. Was quoted £50 for a job, came to pay and was told the work would cost £150, had no choice but to pay as they had conveniently forgotten that conversation
Called here on a mercy mission on a Sat afternoon with a sick Discovery. He couldn't have been more helpful, and diagnosed the problem immediately. Had I known what was going to happen in the week of touring that followed, I would have had him fix it on the Monday.

Very annoyed with this garage. They were supposed to fix my dpf problem and was told that my mpg would go up and performance would be better. However they ended up screwing up my ecu because they didn't realise i had a stage 1 mapping on it before they put it back to normal so the car was fighting itself, then they admittedly put a new ecu on the car because of their mistake however the mpg has dropped to nearly half and they are not replacing the mapping in to it. This was THEIR mistake and THEY should fix it. FUMING is not the word.
