Absolutely bloody fantastic!! Phoned at 5:15 that we had a buldge and hissing in our front tyre travelling from Pembroke... Cheekily asked if they would stay behind to change our tyre as they do close at half 5. The guy stayed till we got there which was at 5:45, changed the tyre and stayed behind just for us. We are so so so grateful ???? (didnt get his name but a young guy). But thanks so so much!! Always have been and always will be using Narberth Tyres. Always fantastic. Even squeezed me in for a knocking sound on my old car which only needed a bolt tightening, but didn't charge me for their time. Thanks so much guys.
What a delightful bunch of guys here. They rescued two stranded damsels today, and could have charged whatever they liked, but didn't. A million thank yous.

Ordered 2 tyres and they would phone me when in stock. No call.
Tried to call but no answer. Apparently phones were 'on and off'. Went round to find them playing cricket in a near deserted workshop. Told with a shrug of the shoulders no idea when delivery in! After being a customer for many years will never go again!
HAVE BOUGHT ELSEWHERE
Before I start my review of Narberth Tyres, I want to say that myself and my family have used them on numerous occasions prior to 2021 and we’ve never had a problem in the past. However my latest experience was probably the worst experience we’ve had of a tyre fitter in over 30 years of regular driving. To explain, we took our car in there on the morning of 9th March – with it needing new front brakes, tyres and we were getting a knocking noise from the front off side wheel – all fairly bread and butter stuff so we thought. The knocking was diagnosed as a faulty top mount and the parts were ordered in. Unfortunately the following day it appeared that only Jack was capable of doing this work (and loosening a ceased wheel bolt) and as he was away on a training course, the car stayed in for another whole day. Eventually the work commenced on the 11th March and we were able to drive the vehicle away that night. Within a few hundred yards of the garage the knocking start again, so on returning home I did a quick inspection of the vehicle. On closer inspection I found that the Nexen tyres I had been charged for and requested – weren’t Nexen but in fact a cheap budget alternative (see images). Additionally the noise sounded like it was coming from the suspension (not the mount) so I will have to take that to another garage for further inspection. I was also disappointed that our newish alloys hadn’t been particularly cared for during the process. Although I have since been back and they have agreed to change my tyres over for the ones I paid for, I have found the whole experience surprisingly disappointing. If you need to use Narberth Tyres in the future I would say make sure you double check their work!
Fantastic service. Down here on holiday and got a puncture. Took it in to them and was fixed with in about 30 min. Non of this it been run soft or needs a new tyre. Friendly set of lads in there too. All round very happy.
Friendly and helpful team, fast and efficient service and great prices with the bonus of a nice, clean (but chilly!) waiting area.
