Napoli Restaurant serves up decent pizza, garlic bread, and French fries. While the food is enjoyable, it falls short of exceptional. The prices are reasonable, making it an average option for a casual meal out. Overall, Napoli offers a satisfactory dining experience deserving of a three-star rating.
I was served by Jo today, she was very helpful in regards to explaining the different meal deals. The food was tasty and affordable and I will definitely go back!
We visited Napoli, within Merry Hill’s Food Court on Sunday 07/04. As usual the Food Court had plenty of available choice and my daughter opted for Pizza. It was my daughter who chose Napoli over a competitor who wasn’t operating in the Food Court when we have visited previously. Her choice was based purely on her previous and excellent experiences at Napoli. She chose a meal deal that represented great value and this was served up almost instantly. We were fortunate enough to be served by Jo who was efficient, polite and professional. I made a mistake with the order of my daughter’s drink and Jo was more than happy to fix my mistake, without fuss or drama. As always the food was excellent and (along with the likes of Jo) the reason we will be returning to Napoli. Thanks ☺️
Lovely food with a great atmosphere.
Prices are cheaper than the well known pizza place which has recently opened and the food is 100xs.
I was served by Jo who didn't mind that I'd totally forgot to even look which pizza I wanted, I then forgot my sauce and she wasn't bothered by the slightest. Nothing is too much for these guys.

I bought fries, very greasy and not freshly made. Temperature varied, some were warm and others were very warm.
It cost £1.99 very small portion - but I think we are all used to this by now.
The pizza looks nicely presented.
Customer service - server seemed a little miserable but wasn't rude.

Me and my partner went here a few weeks back, with amazing food and really good prices!! Whole 12-inch pizza for £13.99!! Fries and pizza both were great, me and partner will definitely be coming back for more ????
The taste of the pizza was good but the taste of pasta was okok.
Jo was so welcoming and friendly, super fast service and delicious food at a great price, what is not to love!?
