A Very Big Genuine Thank you to Scott, Neil & All The Team at this First Class, Top Quality Garage, Amazing Workmenship & Friendly Professional Custom Service, I was treated with Utter Respect & Curiosity from the 1st inquiry phone call, I am a blue badge holder & really rely on My car daily.
I was quoted a fair decent price & they stuck to their word.
My Car required the rear brake pads & discs to be replaced, they checked & adjusted all the full brake system, then did the Anual Dreaded MOT test !!.
My 2012 Turbo Diesel Freelander passed with a few advisories so all's good for another year.
I can't Thank these Lovely People Enough.

Neil has to be one of the best in the game, I've been using him for repairs and my MOT's since I passed my test, he is the only one who I would let work on my car and would recommend to anyone looking for any work to be done to their vehicle
Recently had fuel injector done, good all round service from everyone, Scott very helpful, Neil, excellent work, job done in one day,thanks guys.
Been going to Neil's for a while now and he's always upfront and does his best to make any fix as cheap as possible and won't do work unnecessarily

Dropped in earlier today to get tracking checked, Scott was very pleasant and efficient and got my car sorted as fast as possible, answering any questions I had ????. Great garage would recommend.
Everything started off fine and seemed great when dealing with this garage, but then things went down hill fast.
After a clutch replacement on a Fiat 500 1.4 (6 speed) the gearbox ended up being the problem. I called NWJ as they were recommended to us via an ex employee of theirs to see if they'd be able to collect the car, remove and inspect the gearbox before reporting back on the findings with a quote to carrying out job (which we wanted and needed doing as it's our Grandads car) and they agreed to do so.
We booked the collection of the vehicle in (for the following week) and on the day of the pickup we were called and advised their recovery truck had broken down. They advised it would be fixed within a few days and that they would contact me with an update to collect the car from us as agreed.
A few days passed and nothing so I called again for an update and I was told it would be the next week, this was again fine and so we waited. After waiting a further 5 days I heard nothing and so looked for another garage for the work.
I am now three weeks on and can confirm this company never did get back to me, highly disappointing after what seemed to be a great initial start to the process. If they didn't want the job it'd have been easier to have just said from the start and not to have wasted our time. This car is the only car owned by an 80+ year old and he needed it back. Luckily we found a garage who did collect on time, and completed all the work required at a great price without messing us about.
I would not recommend using NWJ to anyone as they don't bother to call you back and also seem to commit to things they clearly have no intention of doing which caused us a 3 week delays on an elderly guys car.
Very disrespectful.
Genuine and trustworthy garage for repairs and MOT testing. If your car or van has problems and needs fixing give them a call and you'll get a proper diagnosis without ripping you off
