Poor staff. Just take time and time, so that they can charge you for the time. They couldn't solve the problem and handed over the wrong part number which even didn't existed. Rude behaviour, told me you can't wait here. If you want to wait here, just go to some other person. Then they couldn't find the exact problem and charged 150£. Really poor
Neil, Sally and the team have helped us with electrical issues on 2 cars and are always prompt and helpful. They always fix the cars in a knowledgeable and transparent way. Highly recommend.
Took my car here, charged me £500 for a problem that didn’t exist, which I am now having to pay another garage to fix what was actually wrong in the first place! When I got my car back there were multiple other problems that it didn’t have in the first place! They then expected me to pay them for whatever they had done! Total rip offs! Would not recommend wasted a LOT of my time and money!!!!
Wasted journey phoned up booked car in for Saturday at 11am according to their website open till 1pm guess what their closed traveled alway from Rotherham was recommended by a friend well I wouldn't recommend them
Had a couple of hard to trace electrical problems on a classic car. Neil came round the following day ( a Saturday ! ) and diagnosed one and sorted the other problem for a very reasonable charge ( no pun intended ! ). Much better than the auto electrician I have used previously and wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.
Great service had an issue with reversing sensors and light. Piped in hoping to book it in for repair in a day or 2 but they where able to sort it there and then I a matter of a couple of hours. Reasonable price too.
Was recommended Neil by my usual garage for electronics repairs. Though it took a few visits to identify the issue and get it repaired, Neil was always professional and polite. Also provided his service with flexibility, high quality work and a reasonable price.
Would highly recommend N Grayson for electronics diagnostics and repairs if you are in the South Yorkshire/North Derbyshire area!
I believe positive reviews are fake. They took my car and did not call me for 2 days for a small diagnosis. I went their shop and asked for the situation. The guy told me that my car has a gearbox problem and they need a few weeks to repair it. I have refused and took my car back. Almost half of the fuel was used, I decided to go another repair shop, they said the car is okay and just need some software adjustments. They finished repairing in 20 mins. These guys are not friendly btw, barely responding questions. Just avoid!
