the shop owners are rude, the bread is mouldy and out of date, they over charge for the essentials and it’s not clean i saw the younger man coughing and sneezing wiping his nose and continuing to make fresh sandwiches. this needs new owners and a good clean
This is our local store and I have been particularly impressed during the recent crisis at the calm, friendly and innovative nature of the owners. They have worked extremely hard to secure their supply chain and we have had better fruit and vegetables from here sometimes than that from the nearby supermarket where the queue is half hour long! The rolls and sandwiches you can choose your own filling for are divine and you need to get in early to avoid disappointment! Excellent local store, we are very fortunate. Keep up the great work ????
This is a lovely little village shop very welcoming
I popped in for something for lunch. I ordered from their deli counter. Roast beef, salad and horseradish in a fresh bap. It was absolutely superb. I wish I was in the area every day!!
Great little village store selling everything you could possibly want from fruit and vegetable to wine, home made cakes to birthday cards. Plus a post office. Very friendly staff too. I wish we had a shop like this where we live.
What a great little shop. They really are the heart of the community. They do the best fresh sandwiches/ rolls reasonably priced!

The little post office at the rear of the store is run by Judith, always helpful.
