My entire family have been with this dentist since the day they were born all 8 of them. The staff are very polite and helpful and not afraid to tell my children if they have not been brushing properly. They are very quick to react when things are needed to be done and I have never had any issues. All in all a great family dentist.
I have been a customer here for many years. I have had some complications with my teeth which have all been resolved professionally, and to a high standard. My children and husband also attend and have positive experiences here. The receptionist is always polite and helpful. Would highly recommend this dental practice.
im very lucky to be an nhs patient here. the dentist is so kind, i faced a bad situation with my orthodontist and she gave me amazing advice and answered all of my questions quietly. my boyfriend who is not registered anywhere had an emergency problem and we were not sure what to do. whilst he wasnt seen here we called multiple practices in milford and here was the ONLY place to recommend calling 111 instead of pushing us to register privately! dental assistants and receptionists always polite.
Superb! I am a patient here and feel so lucky to be with a dentist that still provides a service to this country. Me and my family could not be happier with the the amazing dentist we see here. Fantastic.
I had my annual check up today, which was desperately needed! I was seen quickly and efficiently. I have been with this surgery since 2016 and have not had any problems. I am now eagerly awaiting a follow up appointment for a new crown ????
Traumatic experience. The moment I raised a concern and asked for clarification, the dentist withheld my daughter’s prescription and walked out the room. My 4 year old was allowed to leave the practice with a suspected tooth infection which I was advised needed antibiotics.
Abrupt, no empathy or understanding and no duty of care to a minor.
Receptionist also presented a consistent lack of care and empathy.
Please be aware of this practice. A complaint is being made to the ombudsman.
I’ve been with this practice many years now, I’ve had root canal, teeth taken out and many check ups, always great service and friendly staff. Couldn’t be happier with my dentist and they will always tell me straight if I’m doing something wrong for my teeth. 10/10 would definitely recommend
Was treated here this summer after I drove around Wales in pain for 3 hours visiting 6 dental clinics who didn't have time for an emergency appointment.
Was told to come back later that day here and they fixed the issue within 20 minutes. I'm not a British national and don't qualify for NHS care so they even gave me an itemised invoice which enabled my insurance to cover everything.
