Lovely little café. We went there for lunch today, I had a jacket potato, which was nicely presented, a very generous portion and it was delicious.
The cafe is dog friendly.
Party of 5: Those who ordered the gammon egg and chips and fish pie, it looked and smelt delicious.
I had the fish and chips, sadly this appeared to be from a supermarket frozen aisle and was not freshly cooked. Poor attitude from the owner saying freshly battered fish was cook to order only and would be £15+
This cafe has attractive competitive prices but would not return on this experience.
If you can't cook a battered fish, don't bother putting it on the menu.
Update: The owner wanted to clarify that it didn't state the fish was fresh, although it didn't state it was a frozen fish fillet from Morrisons either. When ordering fish and chips, unless at a supermarket cafe, one expects the fish to be freshly battered. The owner did not wish to change the meal and has an awful attitude when it comes to complaints about the food served.
Avoid.
Really nice people and good food. Location is close to the beach and easy to walk to. Cafe is cute and very cozy.
After a tiring night me and my family went to this brunch place and the breakfast just hit the point. Their coffee was the best I had in sa down to be honest. The staff was friendly and understanding to the annoying kids we had and it’s a family run place very cosy!
Really nice bloke runs the place, good food and great prices. A homely feel with locals in and out. Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks.
Muzza's Kitchen is an absolute gem of a place, and worthy of our annual pilgrimage just for their ice cream sundaes! The menu is extensive, absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced (we had goats cheese pie with salad and chips; pork and chorizo stew; and a very generous ploughmans - yummy! ????), and their range of homemade ice cream is both extensive and mouth watering. You will struggle to choose, but don't worry because if you're really stuck they offer an ice cream 'tapas' - eight different flavours of your choice presented in individual tubs. They are understandably popular so you might struggle to get a table if you don't book in advance. Family run with a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude - definitely worth visiting (again, and again, and again)!
Tasty food for a good price
Good value for money, my butternut soup was just delicious! We’ve also ordered a lamb liver with veg and mash and 2 milkshakes. Everything came out really tasty, generous portions - couldn’t finish even though was tasty. All this for as small price as £16, would definitely recommend!
As resident of the Isle of Wight, I am delightful to find a little gem.
An exciting food menu, welcoming staff members, nice homemade meals,
Open front door for ventilation, clean tables everything seems perfect for me.
