Best KPortal Reviews
Beyond abysmal at times, prescriptions rarely ready on time, frequently issued with tablets owing. Certain members of staff exceptionally rude, particularly the Blonde Counter Assistant in her late Forties/early Fifties, who has poor manners and zero people skills.
So disappointed in the service I’ve received here. Staff were incredibly judgmental and rude. I have a chronic pain condition and am regularly prescribed painkillers by a DOCTOR. This has led to the sales assistant accusing me of being “addicted” to them in front of other customers. I’ve just had another phone conversation with the doctor who approved my medication about how I’ve been flagged up again even though she’s approved me. I wish they had more empathy with what it’s like to be in pain a lot of the time. After this prescription is collected I won’t ever be using them again, being in pain is depressing enough without some woman behind the counter making me feel worse about myself. I don’t want to take pain relief, I’ve been offered way stronger medication but I refuse because I have a busy life that I try my best to get on with. So upsetting that “healthcare professionals” can’t be more caring. If my doctor is prescribing this medication and having regular consultations with me I don’t understand why it’s any of their business. After reading some of the other reviews though I do see it’s not just me that’s been targeted by certain members of staff. Absolute bullies. Very very disappointed
Was served by an older lady and what should have been a simple conversation about payment was immediately met with irritation and sarcasm. Why turn a normal interaction with a customer into an argument?
Rude, surly, incompetent.Unable to access my medicines by lack of stock,(five years by prescription),having to return to collect.
2nd review.
Collected medicines today (Saturday)member of staff berated elderly male for his mental
confusion.
Moving my account.
Had the unfortunate experience of speaking with Jane this morning. I had a query regarding a medication delivery, the service I received was very unprofessional to the point of rude.
I've been coming here for prescriptions for a couple of years now (despite not being at Lion Health) and not once have a problem. Every member of staff has always been helpful and courteous. The pharmacist has been especially a fantastic help today when I went to get a second opinion after Boots' pharmacist said he "wasn't sure" what the problem could be.
Some of the staff are rude . There is no notifications of when medications are ready, this leaves no option but to call. I have quite a few meds , some prescribed monthly some weekly and one medication I have only 4 tablets so I can be checking on the status of these quite a lot. You’re told not to put in too early yet I can be left days chasing it up . I don’t expect to be told my call is time consuming for them . That’s the job .
Absolutely disgusting behaviour towards me, my friend and my mother. They are absolutely tyrannical and it disgusts me to no end. They abuse the very little power they have. I went in to get a prescription for my grandfather (which was a trachea swab so basically an over sized cotton swab) there was no medication in the bag yet they refused to hand it over and said that they would mail it to my grandfather the next day. My grandfather needs those swabs to clean his trachea, he has no more left, if the phlegm and etc was to build up he could choke. I made a phone call to my mother to come and collect the non-medicated prescription, meanwhile they were muttering about how we were being "so rude" and "a waste of time". When my mother came to collect the prescription, the two pharmacists were rude, obnoxious and extremely machiavellian. I am beyond disgusted with their behaviour and believe that they should not have jobs working with the general public if they believe it is okay to treat people the way they treated us. I cannot believe that someone would treat another human being so horribly; it is truly revolting.
