Once I collected a family members prescription, I asked a team member what they would recommend for a face cream. After a couple of questions, Brian (the owner) overheard our conversation and invited me into his office a quick chat. I talked about what I have been going through recently and some skin related issues. Brian was genuinely interested in learning more about me and you could see he really wanted to help. I would say we talked for around 15-20 minutes about next steps to take and what to do to help my skin Improve.
Brian is new to the area and I had never met him before, but he was absolutely brand new and I really appreciated his kind words and support.

Recently taken over and rightly renamed the Murrayfield Pharmacy, the service has gone from zero to hero! Helpful staff and the owner, Bryan, knowledgeable and helpful. A real community pharmacy at last.
What can I say really!! Honestly the best service I have had or experienced from a pharmacy! The owner/Pharmacist was super helpful and knowledgeable! The other staff member was very friendly too! First time I have ever walk out of a pharmacy with meds to help with a vomiting bug!! The simplest recommendation of taking travel sickness tablets has helped my teenager feel a little better and has helped with the nausea already! I usually get told there isn’t anything they can give me! This will be my new go to pharmacy even though I have 2 pharmacies in my area but I would rather take a little drive and know our best interests are at heart! Highly recommend! Such a personal touch and felt like nothing was too much effort!
