This little cafe is across the Rd from Sheywake in Shaw,the food is really good but not to expensive, the guy running the shop is a decent friendly bloke and service is quick even though the place can get quite busy, there is a small seating area for people wanting to eat in ????????
So I've been coming here a while and this is my verdict.
They seem to display a 5 star hygiene rating yet are not washing hands after handling money or at all really. Touching raw food then quickly wiping hands on a dirty cloth before taking money then cooking food. It's poor practice. The guy who works here is especially bad for it. Also calling me yong man every time I go in is really patronising. I'm married with children.
The last food item I perchesd had two hairs in it so I couldn't even eat it. Yet again poor practice as the girls don't have hair in nets while preparing food.
The cold drinks are ridiculously expensive Also.
First time we tried this place today, the poor lady was so busy. We had a little wait but well worth it. The food was great, we will definitely be back xxx
Got a small breakfast and it was shocking. Asked for fried bread and just got toast. The egg didn't even look like an egg. Asked for extra black pudding and didn't get it. And had water at the bottom of the tray. Definitely would NOT recommend!
Sorry but we had breakfast ,well I had baon spam ,it was bloody awful ,used to be best butty in Shaw ,we where really disappointed ,x
staff super friendly went here for aweek or two one day i got a raw sausage with just one little cook line on it it was so raw you could feel the raw flesh i goes in next time i tryed to tell them about the raw sausage to make sure it didnt happen again i was just called a liar what reason do i have to lie ? lols i did not want anything in return for the sausage other than not to be given one again shocking treatment that is!
Absolutely fantastic food, lovely staff, would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for somewhere new.
Does local dilivery as well. Amazing 5* service.
Had a brilliant meal home made pudding mash and mushy peas my husband as well and it was beautiful well worth waiting for and what it cost this is first-time of ordering it won't be the last thankyou for a lovely lunch
