What a disappointment. We used to love MM, best shakes for miles, but since James has sold, the place lacks atmosphere. The staff have no presence and it feels a morgue has a better atmosphere..
Service is key and to be honest, I was left wanting. The people on the counter have no passion for the job and think loudly bad mouthing their family and friends is acceptable. They put more effort into making each other milkshakes than customers. Love supporting local businesses but this one needs to support itself first!
First experience, it lacked atmosphere. Very isolated and awkward. And empty.
Lots of choice but I wish the chocolate had written labels or a laminated menu for those if us who find these situations quite daunting. It would have been nice to just look at a menu and go yep, this this and this in my milkshake please, rather than staring awkwardly past the staff at a bunch of confectionery.
The staff were very polite and the milk shake was good (according to my friend). Please please please provide more milk alternatives! And maybe, if not already, milk alternative confectionary. Coconut milk, lactose-free, soya milk for example. Not just for vegans for those of us have allergies and wish we could enjoy a nice cold milkshake on a hot day without the worry of tummy aches etc.

Fantastic place - delicious milkshakes with loads of choice, we took our young daughters recently and received such lovely, friendly service from the chap working there (possibly the owner?). He kindly brought our milkshakes outside for us as we needed to get the kids settled and sat down!
We've also used Mumma Moos delivery service for an evening treat ????
Will continue to come back here, highly recommend if you're in Evesham!

We visited for the first time today. The milkshake and slushie we tried are absolutely delicious and there are tonnes of options and flavours to build your own perfect treat!
To top it off the owner of the shop himself is one of the friendliest people around.
Definitely pop in if you havent already, Best place around for this sort of thing!
As a family we love mumma moos! Friendly owner, great selection of treats, always faultless and goes above and beyond for customers. A genuinely great small business the town is lucky to have!
