Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with in my life full stop.
As always my reviews are 100% honest and factual based.
I had to replace three tyres.
They replaced 3 with part worn ones. Drove straight home and parked up. Next morning was about to set off but I noticed this (image). One of the tyres had gone completely flat and come partially off the alloy. I could not take off the bolts. They wanted £50 call out charge to take off the wheel on my drive, I politely declined and managed to get them off myself. I had to put on the spare wheel. They were closed the next day so had to use another garage to replace with another tyre.
When I spoke to this garage (who were friendly enough before I bought the tyres) they seemed to blame it on me, my driving, Blackburn roads or a nail and took no responsibility for the faulty tyre. The other garage also checked the tyre as did I and we did not find any nails or punctures in it, so it was most likely a leaky valve, or a dodgy tyre.
I was only offered a full refund after I said I would go via trading standards which is unnecessary but I had no choice.
When I asked one of the workers if i could speak to the boss, he would not let me and he said he was the boss.
In the end after several attempts of contact I had to drive back and a full refund was issued, which I appreciated however it should have been easier to deal with and there should be an official complaints procedure.
Mistakes happen, however based on how my complaint was handled and after sales support I would not want to buy from here again.
Update:
Had 3 tyres fitted, another one of these went flat yesterday due to some leak and had to be replaced elsewhere. So 2 out of the 3 tyres lasted less than 2 weeks. What a waste.
I went in the other day with my Corsa to get one of the front tyres changed. Everything seemed fine but when I started the car up the next morning it notified me of a low pressure on that exact wheel. I didn't even bother coming back but just went to another tyre shop and guys shown me that it was punctured and (very) poorly repaired.
I definitely won't be coming back.
I have been going to MS Tyres for about 25 years, always a perfect service and nothing is to much work for them.

They're just about to move into fresh premises at Canterbury MOT centre in Canterbury Street so will now also be using them for all out Mots!
This will always be my go to tyre place. Brilliant service with honest prices. If you haven't been here for your tyres then give these guys a try you will not be disappointed. Brand new tyres (all four) for roughly £400 thats with front and rear tracking. Other tyre places around preston area qouted me £600+ for exact same tyres. Thank you so much for a professional and honest service. Theres not many like these boys around.
bought 4 part worn tyres 2 weeks ago. As soon as i reached home, i found one nail on one of the rear tyre. now in just 2 weeks another flat tyre. May be it's my luck or they just sell faulty tyres.
UPDATE: today i went to another garage nearby in my local area and got my flat tyre fixed, turned out that it was split in several places, which if unnoticed would've caused severe and exponential harm to me and my family, the expert who fixed my tire, digressed to me that this tyre should never have been sold to me in the first place. in future, pls do not mislead your customers!
Best tyre place in blackburn, if not the whole of lancashire. I had an issue with a leaking alloy wheel, went to many places and they could not sort it. M&S Tyres were the only guys who got it sorted, the boss went the extra mile to make sure the alloy does not leak again. The prices are very cheap and always service with a smile. Ive had a lot of work done on my cars from these guys and never had any issues at all. Highly recommended.
