I tried Mr. Beker’s for the first time today, and it was good! The Turkish lamb and chicken doner kebabs were tasty, and they served a decent portion. The fries and salad were a nice combination. I also appreciated the friendly staff and owner.
If you ever Fancy fish and chips with peas and gravy. You have to visit this place. It was delicious.????????
Ordered this from Mr bakers on just eat the food was disgusting waste of money cold chips and extremely burnt food won't order again from here
Food was bland! Scampi was not as per the picture. Service was acceptable. Prices were extremely expensive. We did not enjoy our supper.
What a great find, had some fantastic fish and chips here. Not often you find a chippy with better quality than your own home chippy. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.
Took an hour and 15 mins to deliver & when the food arrived it was Luke warm. The fish batter was soggy and tasted of old cooking oil. The peas had a sharp tangy taste and you could stand your spoon up in the gravy! This is my first and last time of ordering here. I think I deserve a refund for the poor quality of food and the slow delivery service I received. I did ring up half an hour after placing my order to be told it was ready and would be with me shortly! 50 mins later it was delivered! I appreciate it was Friday evening but my wait time was unacceptable.
Amazing Turkish breakfast and very good service. Generous portions and reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit and also I have to mention about SAHLEP ( sahlab ) what a taste. Sahlep is a national hot beverage of Turkey made of orchid and goat milk, very popular to drink during winter months.
Me and my friend went to bakers today. I had the chicken salad and my friend had the medditeranian breakfast. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted delicious and fresh.
