Absolutely love this Place! Everything is fresh, & super tasty. We’ve had the shawarma with mixed meat, it was fantastic. Absolutely recommend this place.
Oh my days! Had the gluten free falafel Shawarma. I did not expect so much flavour! I am still savouring the flavours in my mouth 30 minutes later. The falafel was not dry at all. Bit of a distance from where I am, but I would travel here just to buy another. Well worth the £10 and of course the Camden setting is vibrant.
I ordered a shawarma, and it was really tasty and well-made. The best I've ever eaten. Plus, Mr. Ali and his mom are adorable and very welcome. Worth to check it out !

This is a must-try at Camden Market in the shipping container food court. Finding and then eating at Mr Ali was the best part of our day. We ordered the mixed shawarma (beef + chicken), and it was incredible. The freshness of the ingredients + the incredible flavors of the meats were some of the best we’ve had across 25+ restaurant trips over the last 8 days in London. The chef himself was also kind and welcoming. I hope they open a shop in Chicago. Make time to try Mr. Ali!
I wouldn’t recommend it at all, I came after seeing many good reviews, could have been good in the past but when I tried it today, first the lady who was doing the food doesn’t even speak English, doesn’t understand what we are asking for.
Then the food itself, I wouldn’t call this shawemra at all, they don’t even have the large shawerma skewers, then when tried it, it’s not fresh at all and cut the
way you would cut it at home with normal knives not shawerma.
The whole experience wasn’t good.
Wouldn’t recommend.
A friend of mine recommended me to eat in this restaurant and it was a great surprise, the food was great the staff was super friendly.
I`m a Brazilian expat living in Sweden and traveled for a short time to England.
Whenever someone advertises they have the best anything in town I’m instantly skeptical. My family and I tried the chicken, beef, combo and falafel and all of them were incredible. The falafel was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The beef and chicken were both tender and the flavors were all amazing. I haven’t tried all the falafel/shawarma options in town, so I can’t say whether it’s the best in town, but it’s certainly the BEST I’ve ever had.
