Absolutely lovely services by the members of staff, delicious Ice cream and they make the best coffee in Felixstowe. Very skilful staff when it comes to coffee as you can see in the pictures. Overall a 10/10 experience.
Nicely located on the Waterfront, with a good selection of ice-creams.
Freshly cooked doughnuts were amazing as a little treat.
Great quick service, although our visit might have been during the quieter part of the day.
Decided not to purchase after the stroppy attitude of the young blonde girl who I can only imagine must still be a child by the way she acted, throwing her head back & rolling her eyes in a tantrum when we went to point at the flavour ice cream we wanted. After this behaviour we decided to go to Kellys. I suggest maybe the young girl spend some time at Kelly’s with their staff who are polite and lovely, maybe they can teach her a thing or two in how to deal with customers.
Always good and they now do a do a card which they stamp and after so many coffees you get a free one and there regular coffee is quite big compared to some places and there new chocolate swirl ice-cream is ????????
The ice cream was lovely, but the girl just stood there, didn't ask if she could help me. But did say enjoy my day ????
Got a nice Latte and hot chocolate 2 days in row and found the staff quick and polite ????
