Absolutely appalling and unprofessional. Dentist jokes and laughs with assistant criticising other people whilst looking at your teeth. Always complaining - they always seem to be having a bad day. They obviously dont enjoy the work they do and this is reflected in the way they treat customers and on the services they provide
Excellent practice. My family and I have been going there for over 16years. My teeth are in better condition now than when I first went. Reception are always helpful and friendly, and Dr Chow is fantastic.
The main dentist (forgot his name, oriental gentleman) takes things very personal, if you miss an appointment etc and will not check your teeth properly if he's not happy with you. He had never given me an xray at check ups, turns out I have a 4 year old cavity that was never known about. Avoid.
I am honestly appalled by the phone service at this practice. Not the first time it has happened calling back the practice 13 minutes to closing time and the line is already off! Not acceptable as well had told the stuff I will be calling back within 5 minutes. Disappointed now I cannot change my appointment meaning I will loose days work and will be in a lot of pain until I can be see which you can appricate the waiting time for appointments are long. So I would hope the line would be active at least untill 16:58 not 16:47! Very very disappointing.
Nice clean dentist with friendly staff, wheelchair accessible and limited parking, restroom but its upstairs, no walk service so call for appointment (not sure if there's an emergency service )

My dentist Mr Chow always makes feel at ease knowing that I'm like a baby when I have to go.
I've read bad reviews but the common denominator of these reviews is in fact not of a bad dental practice but people thinking they can not go to a dentist on a regular basis then just call and and be put to the front of the queue if and when they feel the need to see a dentist.
I've been going to Dr Tejal for over 15 years. Despite at times living away and also having the option of Bupa dental care, I have still travelled back to Dr Tejal as she is the best. Straightforward, honest and sensible advice on my teeth. Also, always contactable in emergencies via reception if I need to get a question or prescription from her. Great service.
I need a dentist. They are mot taking Amy new people on.. I'm in a load of pain, just over o to the area they've told me to go back to the others idea of London to be seen. Or call 111
