Got my MOT there for the first time. Very nice guy to deal with.
Richard and Simon are ace. They’ve looked after my wee old Nissan Micra for 12 years like the professional and competent guys they’ve always been. Integrity, willingness to help, and fair prices. A particular plus is they NEVER suggest unnecessary expenditures or additions, on the contrary frequently telling me there’s no urgency and whatever I’m worried about is either not a problem or can easily wait till next service. What more can one ask for?!
Don’t believe the negative reviews. Highly recommend this garage. Simon and Richard are honest and trustworthy and always look after your vehicle like it’s their own vehicle. They work to a high standard and are not expensive. Don’t go anywhere else. You are 100% in safe hands if you go to Motorcare.
A family business, that makes you feel part of the family. Just had another MOT and surprisingly, no increase in price for 2023. Same as the last few years!
Avoid, damaged my car and refused to accept liability.
Took my car in for a service at an above average cost. Picked the car up to discover three x 30cm scratches on the interior leather dashboard. Simon apologised but was quickly silenced by Richard who said they would not take liability.
Having taken my car to the dealership in Bristol for years, I discovered they had closed during lockdown and have not reopened. I needed my car to be MOTed and serviced. Despite how busy they were, the gentleman at Motorcare gave me an appointment for my MOT relatively quickly, and when it was done the costs were very reasonable. My service followed a few weeks later and again was very reasonable. The guys that run it are lovely and very personable. I will not take my car anywhere else now.
They do excellent work here. Well priced and work quickly. Only opened Monday to Friday at the moment and can be a little hard to get a hold of buy generally speaking you'll get a call back in a day or two.
Had to get a number of problems repaired, and needed my car back that evening for an early meeting the next day. Richard stayed late to make sure the work was done and kept the cost down as much as he could. Great service, strongly recommend!
