I felt the damage sustained on my vehicle was non-repairable however after my consultation, Motexx advised me that the damage was repairable and if I wanted them to commence the repairs. I felt so relieved as everthing was thoroughly and clearly explained.
Motexx continued to update me throughout the repairs advising me of the best prices sourced for the necessary parts so there were no nasty surprises at completion of the job.

I almost forgot ... Motexx kindly arranged recovery of my vehicle to their premises so I did not have the added stress of having to make those arrangements. Motexx took care of everything at a time when I was quite traumatised from my accident.
Good customer service. 2023 jan. edit: the customer approach has been radically changed with the new employee, I have been charged for things that they could not physically justify. Never again, ripped off.
Good Friday **Bargain price* charge me £75 for a tyre that usually costs me £40 and the attitude from the guy with swept back thinning hair was disgusting, I spoke to him and all I got was a nod.. should have gone to a different tyre garage! That guy who actually done my car was actually sound. Avoid unless you want to get ripped off and experience attitude.
I had been putting off some body work and getting my parking sensors fixed for several years because I just assumed that any garage would charge an extortionate amount and to be quite frank, I didn’t have much trust in garages.
I can’t tell you what an amazing experience I had with Wayne. He told me exactly the work that he would carry out, how much it would cost and when he would have the work done by. He quoted me half of what I’d been quoted at other garages. The work was excellent and he completed a day early. He sorted out a few other faults at no extra cost. My car was returned valeted and looking great. I felt really good driving it again and it felt like new. It was just top class service.
I honestly didn’t think that there were guys like Wayne left anymore. He is a true professional, honest and all round a good guy. My faith in mechanics is truly restored. Thank you Wayne - I moved to MK 2 years ago and I’m very pleased to say that I’ve found my local mechanic.

I can not thank these guys enough. Today, I was over 100 miles from home with a broken crank shaft pulley and Motexx not only agreed to help immediately but swapped the part very quickly at a reasonable cost. SO grateful!
