I needed a timing belt(wet belt)replacing on my transit custom ,Damion quoted me £650 using ford genuine parts to do the job, (he also changed my alternator belt in with the price)where as every other garage in Rochdale were around £1000 ,when the job was completed ,I was charged £60 less than quoted.Really pleased with the service and price and most of all trustworthiness (which let’s be honest is hard to find in the motor vehicle repair industry). I will definitely be using this company again ,and urge others to do the same.????????????
Damien and the team got me out of a real bind after breaking down on the M56 on a cold Friday afternoon. Their friendly welcome when I arrived on the back of an AA truck was just the tonic after a miserable start to a trip down south. They quoted me a price, did the work (clutch swap out and other bits) and came in well under cost. I will be using these guys for all my garage needs from here on in. A sincere thanks to all the team.

Where do I start. They had my van for 5 weeks and 3 days. Did absolutely nothing with it. Cost me thousands of pounds in rentals. I’ve game them over £500 worth of business and this is the result. Rude staff, they’ll speak to certain people in a certain way! Jokers and classic cowboys.

Very poor experience with this garage. Seems to have gone down hill. Took my car for 8 days in which I was patient as desperately wanted it to be fixed. I received no communication. Telephoned them 3 times for an update and told someone would ring me back but never did. A estimated two day job took them 8 days which left me finding an alternative car for work at short notice. On collection of car no mechanic to speak to just receptionist and a vage invoice. The work completed didn’t justify having my car for 8 days? Although the receptionist did say my car should be fine now which after 20 minutes of driving found the fault was very much still there. Tried speaking to the garage regarding my fault. Mechanic will not speak to me and the receptionist had to to and throw questions and answers. Still the answers are not clear and I can not clarify what has and hasn’t been checked regarding my fault after my car being in the garage on 3 occasions now over the last 2 month. I will have to go to another garage and start completely again so Motaquip has wasted my time and money and fault still present. To top it off one of the young mechanics took it upon hisself to take my number from my details the garage stores and personally message me to chat up! I can not believe my personal details have been shared like that! Really unprofessional
Really great garage. Looks after all my friends and family too. Can not recommend enough. They do a great job and really reasonable prices. Does not rip you off like some garages do. Very friendly staff too. My son lives other side of Manchester but still brings his car over to be serviced, MOT and anything else sorted.
