Nice little cafe. Pop in here for a cup of tea with the folks whilst looking around the shops. The sausage roll I had was lovely, and the tea was nice. The two gals working there were friendly and welcoming

Very nice little tea shop/bakery..food and drink are nice, staff are very friendly and efficient...lovely place to stop on a bike ride..
Greeted and served today by a lovely, friendly young girl. Coffee was lovely, cake very dry. On leaving I asked a mature lady who was serving if there’s was a toilet I could use and I was given a short, sharp and rather rude NO !
I shall not be visiting again and would suggest the older lady learn some customer service skills from the young lady.
I had the best panini here that I have ever tasted. The place is small but well worth waiting for a table. I think they do take-away as well. They bake their own paninis which are really delicious with lots of filling. Will definitely be going again
During a 3-night break in Southwell recently, I chanced upon Mosedales for a morning cappuccino treat. The delicious Illy coffee and friendly staff and customers ensured I returned the following day for another dose of happiness! A great dog-friendly establishment, which I hope to return to when I am next in the town. Thank you to all concerned.
Went to the cafe yesterday to order lunch to takeaway, the older lady who was serving was very rude and abrupt. She wasn't helpful at all and really ruined the whole experience of what could be a lovely cafe.
A very small shop, but excellent food, good value and excellent service. Coffee was very good, and the panini fully loaded and tasty - nice to see fresh bread on offer too.
