A fabulous walk in the quiet woods. You see the odd bit of Forestry work going on, but the Climbing Jack Trail (park at any car park) is excellent and well sign posted. Just take some lunch as there are no facilities. Lots of benches on the Vinnall’s loop.
Great walking trail, very peaceful and easy. It took us about 45 minutes. The car park is currently closed but there’s quite a lot of parking on the road so wasn’t an issue.
Good walks, dog friendly, lovely views.
Such an amazing place to walk the dogs, endless trails with lots of forest paths and some nice streams.
Lovely walks on and off trails
One of the most pleasant walks around Ludlow if you're not keen on steep climbs. Lovely woods with plenty of paths to take you off the beaten track, and with plenty of options to ramble further. Anything from half an hour to several hours is possible.
Lovely place to walk, dogs were able to run off lead so had a great time.
Plenty walks, birds of prey, deer and Great view at the top.
