This dentist is an absolute disgrace. When you phone they do not answer or cut you off.You cannot get an appointment.Routine check ups almost non existent and its now becoming increasingly difficult to get an emergency appointment.I myself have not had a routine check up for over five years.Pre covid this was an excellent dentist but sadly they now treat their patients with utter disregard.I also suspect many of the positive reviews are fake.
Just had an appointment with Leah. She's brilliant. Done a check up, x-ray, filling and clean all in the one appointment. She done a fabulous clean, I can't thank her enough. Made me feel so at ease too. Didn't catch her assistants name but she was great too and they work so well together. Would most definitely recommend!
Made a few appointments which were all cancelled for one reason or another. Told to phone back in June to try and get an appointment for the summer by which time it will be 12 months since mine and my children's last check ups. Always gone to this dentist every 6 months for our check ups but that's no longer possible with there being no available appointments or appointments made being cancelled. Such a shame as it once was a good dental practice, not anymore unfortunately.

The NHS should provide a cost affordable service though, prevention is the only way forward for all patients
Generally the service has been good. Concerns relate to the amount of time I had to wait for an appointment given the lack of dentists within the practice. The dentist that I saw today was a locum, in place temporarily. However, the dentist was competent and helpful and knowledgeable.

Really good, I am very nervous about going to the dentist but this time I felt relaxed.
Friendly knowledgeable courteous reception staff. Dentist and dental nurse reassuring to an anxious patient. Clear explanation of work required and why. Very busy but still gave the time needed.
