Food was average i ordered some chicken strippers which I would recommend which tasted pleasant however the staff could of been more friendly
When I walked into the shop to take my order they weren’t making food were just chatting away and it took them about 5 minutes for them to take my order.
I would recommend this place to anyone in the Mitcham Area however there is a lack of communication and awareness around the Shop and staff should be more on job!.
Food mediocre. Customer service abysmal.
Solitary staff member more interested in watching a video on his tablet and having a long loud phone conversation than getting my order ready.
After a long boring wait the order finally arrived but I was overcharged and had to point out the menu prices on the wall against what I was charged. I was forced to argue at length about it until finally the staff member argeed he had charged me extra for the meal deal with drinks as opposed to what I had actually ordered and received (no drinks). Grudgingly he refunded the difference.
Given the snail pace of service the food was barely warm when I got home. It was of below average quality and tasted like it was cooked in oil long overdue for replacement.
Terrible rude service and attitude and poor food coupled with a possible scam to make a bit on the side. Avoid this place if you can.
Quite bad quality. Got 20 spicy drumsticks today and it tastes like it was cooked yesterday and kept warm for over 24 hours … can’t recommend unfortunately
Friendly shop and particularly like the chicken burger.
Bed experience. Ordered food in app JustEat, never got it. Try to talk with them, they told that will send food again, but nothing. Just wait for nothing. Really bad communication. NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Convenient location when arriving at Eastfields Stn or 152 from Mitcham. Reasonable prices but service could be slicker. Chips + wings shouldn't take 5mins when they're both ready on display.
Went the other day to try it out. And service was alright nothing special from a chicken shop.
As for the food large chicken burger was good value for money but chicken was a bit dry

Absolutely useless. I made an order through uber eats but morleys said as far as their concerned its nothing to do with them yet the driver went to their store and didn't bother to deliver our order. Went to the morleys in person and the worker was not helpful in the slightest, didn't offer any refund or food as my family of 5 are now going without dinner at 7pm. Baring in mind the order was placed at 5pm. My son has to be up early for school but instead he's having dinner late. I am not impressed at all and don't recommend this morleys. They are so unprofessional. According to the worker not even the manager /shop owner could help us.
