Stone cold chips and burgers had to reheat and chicken was only warm. Quoted a delivery time we got over and hour later. If u take an order at least have enough delivery drivers. Won't use again very poor service.
Went to get a meal deal with 2 ribs the other night. CASH ONLY which is weird especially after covid (usually card only at Chinatown buffets ????) . Unfortunately for me, this meal cost me my night! Let’s just say I was only ok after my food was regurgitated and passed back out of my body. I actually thought I was dying lmao. Laughing not but we weren’t then! ????
I love Morley’s around south london and the best one is in Honor Oak Oark (if you can go try it). Plus apart from the fries the chicken and ribs were very cold. Maybe it was how the food was stored!
Why give someone who cannot understand English to answer the phone. Food 25 minutes late so far and not even an apology. Disgusting service!
And charged me over £7 when I added chips to my order. Think I'll just go to Just Eat.
Warm / Hot tasty portion size is good, staff always seem to be miserable. What happened to the days of enjoying your work ? Pricing could be a little cheaper, I would always have a Morleys instead of KFC

EDIT: it used to have Lovely staff, clean and great food. Now the fries have become not fit for my consumption. Tight with sauce give you one approximately 20ml per 3 meals
I wasn’t sure what to expect after seeing the reviews (after ordering on Uber Eats). But I was pleasantly surprised. Correct order and food was fresh and delicious!
